I mean its fine. For the price you're paying its acceptable. The existence of the hot spring is nice but the price of food is predatory and it just doesn't feel like they have enough staff for the size of the hotel. The cleaning of our room was incomplete and the curtains were filled with dust. The pillows were INCREDIBLY hard and made my neck hurt every morning when i woke up. Don't be drawn in by the hot spring, there are much better places in the area for the same price or cheaper.
